Perfect for many memorable occasions
Our “Brauhaus” has many different venues, which you can reserve individually or together to welcome up to 300 guests.
Former ballroom with gallery (160 people)
When you enter the “Kulturbrauerei”, you‘ll experience the authentic grandeur of a 19th century ballroom. Majestic chandeliers, original furnishings and a charming, stuccoed ceiling give the Brauhaus’ largest room its special flair. What’s more, it contains one of the few wall frescos from the time around 1910.
Since 2000, the former ballroom serves as a restaurant where we pamper our guests with our all-around, down-home German cooking. In the olden days, musicians used to perform on the gallery. Today, you can sit here and witness the lively bustle in the former ballroom below.
“Braustube” (60 people)
The former brew pub boasts seating for 60 guests. Its pleasant atmosphere makes it a popular choice for those who cherish a calm, cozy atmosphere. The braustube is the perfect place to enjoy your lunch break or spend a relaxing evening among friends.
Scheffel Stube with outdoor terrace (50 people)
This exclusive room with its adjoining terrace provides a breathtaking view of the red-tile rooftops in Heidelberg’s Old City. This location is ideal for hosting family gatherings as well as conferences for attendees from the region or far away.
Beer garden (200 people)
Isn’t it just wonderful when the beer garden season starts again? Our beer garden with its romantic setting amidst the old courtyard walls makes it one of the nicest in the region. In its central location somewhat sheltered from the hustle and bustle of Heidelberg’s Old City, you’ll find a place to sit back and relax with a freshly tapped beer and regional specialties from our kitchen. That makes our beer garden a one-of-a-kind place for locals, tourists and business people alike.
